Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager who is ready to support our hard-working team. In this pivotal position, you’ll assist the Club Manager in steering the daily operations of the sales and fitness teams. Your passion for outstanding customer service will shine as you oversee in-house sales and help execute effective lead generation and marketing plans that boost brand awareness and membership sign-ups.

As part of your responsibilities, you may also be called upon to:

  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Coordinate engaging pre-sale events and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage the performance of club employees
  • Hire and train new staff, helping them reach their full potential
  • Meet performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facilities maintenance
  • Implement corporate policies and business practices
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and operational excellence
  • Keep the club clean, safe, and well-maintained
