The Role… We are currently looking for an outstanding Assistant Club Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Club operations whilst delivering exemplary service. As Assistant Club Manager of Soho House Amsterdam, you are an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept including all menus and food & beverage offerings. Demonstrating a professional approach towards our managers, employees and guests, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the club, any associated events, including the member and guest experience. As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Main Duties… Manage the day to day operation and events of the Club (incl Cinema, Blue Room, Rooftop) according to company standards. Working hands on with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Recruit, nurture and develop the Club team and ensure staff retention. Create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience. Support the Club Manager in managing all aspects of revenue, revenue opportunity and costs to ensure profitability and achieving business targets. Support the Club Manager in driving the business through creative initiatives and solutions. Ensure compliance with company, HACCP and other legislative regulations. What we are looking for... Proven work experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros Strong attention to details Excellent customer service Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus Organized and reliable Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team Benefits – Assistant Club Manager Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
