Description

Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement effective leasing strategies for station shop facilities, including kiosks/shops, banks and vending machines at MTR stations, in order to enhance tenant-mix and customer service to maximise rental revenue Manage the day-to-day leasing activities to meet business targets and ensure safe and smooth operation in compliance with the Corporation’s policies Identify potential tenants to enhance portfolio value and monitor retail fitting-out works Assist in identifying new projects/new business development initiatives and developing business case Arrange pre-leasing, monitor handover programme in order to ensure day one opening of shops at new line extensions Requirements Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ experience in property leasing and marketing, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of technical provisions and station operations is an advantage Remarks Occasional business travel to the Chinese Mainland or Overseas will be required Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
