Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Assistant-Commercial. This role would enable you to assist in operational activities of Procurement and logistics sections; ensuring accuracy & timeliness of deliverables to aid the overall process for the department. Key Responsibilities: * Follow up physical movement of the shipment with the wharf team until the shipment is passed through the customs to CFS/port, else escalate. * Obtain carrier and cargo forwarding details from the forwarders and prepare final documents. Update customers / customer own systems as per the individual requirements of the customer. * Prepare and obtain all statutory certificates customers require in relation to economic and non-economic requirements of importing countries. * Raise invoices for shipment effected and support commercial finance to follow up payments. * File and maintain all the shipping documents in an organized and orderly manner required by the customs law and the customer for the specified period. * Update all the shipment information/ASN. * Process payments for invoices of service providers and update records. * Forward final instruction and container load plan to the forwarder. * Monitor physical movement of the shipment. * Follow-up carrier and cargo forwarding final documents and update customer.. * Follow up booking forms with relevant FG / or plant. * Ensure maintenance of shipping documents as per customs law and the customer for the specified period.. * Reconcile payments settled for the invoices of service providers. Qualifications: * Degree in Logistics  * 2-3 years of experience in Logistics  * Organized and Methodical  * Team work & Collaboration 
Responsibilities
