We are hiring an Assistant Commi for our Chocolate Section to support daily production of chocolates and related items. The role involves assisting senior chefs, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring consistent quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge or experience in chocolate or pastry
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good hygiene practices and teamwork

• Assist in preparing chocolate items (truffles, pralines, molds, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Support the team during production and service
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
