Oversee the full spectrum of IT operations including network infrastructure, systems administration, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, cloud services, and service desk support to maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environments that meet both operational and legal requirements.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively. Champion data governance and integration efforts to ensure the integrity, transparency, and secure sharing of critical information across internal teams and external city and state partners.
