SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Assist the Community Association Manager, to ensure the community is up to the standards established in the associations governing documents MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · File all paperwork in appropriate places in a timely manner. · Assist the office staff with phones and fill in as needed. · Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices, and community communications. · Routinely inspects homesites for compliance on designated days. Notify homeowners of non-compliance. · Submit weekly report. · Review ARC applications and notify residents if application is incomplete. · Schedule and attend ARC meetings. · Attend Board meetings. · Maintain a flexible schedule. · Any additional duties assigned by the assigned Board of Director or management. · Opening Service Requests for Maintenance Staff. · Assist with Annual Audit and financial research. · Researching documents & files for homeowners, committees, and directors. · Special projects. · Coordinate and attend Community Events. Requirements Job Requirements · Maintain a current Florida Driver's License · Maintain a CAM License ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Association Manager. SKILLS: · Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, among others · Caliber · Excellent in the English language · Bilingual
