WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Keep our property running day-to-day: leasing, rent collection, and making sure residents are taken care of.
  • Stay organized with records, leases, and financials.
  • Work with residents — answer questions, solve issues, and make their experience great.
  • Check in on the property regularly to make sure it’s safe, clean, and looking its best.
  • Help schedule and track maintenance so things get fixed fast.
  • Handle lease signings and renewals with accuracy and a welcoming approach.
  • Use Buildium software to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Jump in on social media projects to help market the property and share updates (if that’s your thing).
  • Support the CEO with ad hoc admin projects like scheduling, document prep, and organizational tasks.
