The Assistant Community Manager’s main responsibility is to support the Community Manager of the assigned community with daily operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to marketing, administration, leasing, property maintenance and security, record keeping, and reporting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ yrs in Property Management
  • Ability to problem solve with staff and residents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
