Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary to support Experian plc (FTSE 30) and its subsidiary companies on all matters related to Corporate Law, Listing Requirements, Corporate Governance Shareholder Services, Share Plans and Board Support.

As an Assistant Company Secretariat, this role is important to ensure Experian operates to guard our reputation through operating to exceptional ethical standards. Reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary you will be part of a small Dublin-based team.

WORK THAT MATTERS - WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Corporate governance, including organising and supporting meetings
  • Facilitation and communication of company information to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Provide, advice and insight to partners
  • Update key documents and ensure records are up to date
  • File and report to regulatory bodies, such as annual reports and statutory documents
    Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE & EXPERIAN

  • Experience working in a Company Secretariat team, within a global organisation
  • Input and oversee key internal and external documents and communication with stakeholders
  • Experience operating in an advisory capacity to provide guidance and insight to important partners
  • Knowledge of working with boards and board committees.
