Job Description Are you an experienced governance professional with a passion for precision and global impact? Rotork is seeking a highly capable Assistant Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary, this role offers exceptional exposure across all aspects of company secretarial work in a listed environment. What you’ll be doing: Supporting governance across nearly 30 global subsidiaries Managing UK regulatory filings and board/shareholder documentation Administering executive and employee share schemes across 17 countries Ensuring compliance with UK Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Code Playing a key role in AGM planning and execution What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a FTSE-listed company Strong technical expertise in company secretarial practices Hands-on experience with global subsidiary governance and share schemes Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset Why Rotork? Qualifications The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland qualified Detailed technical knowledge of all aspects of the management and administration of international executive and all employee share plans Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2006, the UK Listing Rules, UK Market Abuse Regime, the UK DTRs and the UK Corporate Governance Code Experience of entity management software (Diligent Entities) essential and board paper portals (Diligent Boardbooks) advantageous Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
