We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to join this reputable 5* resort just outside Newport. You will be responsible for maintaining their customer-faced culture and ensuring the high standards and values of the resort are always upheld. You will be expected to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day events & exhibitions whilst effectively communicating with other departments to ensure the guest experience is delivered to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be from a high-end background or ideally from a large stadium or corporate background. You will also be used to running multiple large events at the same time effectively with the team.
