You will be responsible for maintaining their customer-faced culture and ensuring the high standards and values of the resort are always upheld. You will be expected to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day events & exhibitions whilst effectively communicating with other departments to ensure the guest experience is delivered to a high standard.
