As a Conference and Events Assistant Manager you are responsible for assisting with managing all aspects of Conference and Banqueting operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Conference and Events Assistant Manager will also be required to optimise sales and provide leadership to the team to ensure targets are met.
