Description du poste Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager to support our construction operations in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will assist in managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities Support the Construction Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and site inspections. Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and safety regulations. Participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving on-site. Qualifications Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision. Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Informations complémentaires Additional Requirements Valid work authorization for the United Arab Emirates. Fluency in English; French or any other language is a plus. Engineering or construction-related degree preferred.
