Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of multiple utility-scale solar energy projects from our corporate headquarters. Working closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, procurement, and field operations, you will help coordinate project activities across all phases ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across several active projects. You will assist in tracking project milestones, preparing reports, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and clients.
Location & Travel Details: This role will be located in our Dallas corporate office and will require working out of the office five days per week for corporate based project support. Travel up to 25% of the time will be required.
