Description Kids Empire is seeking a motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our roll out team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with corporate brand and safety standards. The assistant project manager works closely with the director and project manager team, owners rep’s, Landlords, operations and development team, ensuring a successful project from conception to well after opening. Primary Responsibilities: Support PMs and Director with day-to-day project tasks Monday.com updates and project tracker maintenance Email, phone, and site follow-ups for priority items Attend bid walks and partner walkthroughs Assist with RFIs and bid package coordination Attend pre-con meetings and LL walkthroughs Manage opening teams, opening orders, and opener scheduling in coordination with KE roll out schedule and KE purchases Coordinate incoming shipments and freight Coordinate KE prep teams (Mame, Doron, Armando) Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to work in a fast environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. This role will require extensive travel nationally. (50% or more of your working time) Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and quality standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills and blueprint literate
