Description

Transformations Care Network is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the real estate team by directly managing selected vendor contracts on a project-by-project basis and managing the collection and tracking of project information and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or similar. Equivalent work experience in the construction industry may also qualify.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • A mindset towards professional growth and increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to work remotely and stay on task.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble RFPs for specific vendors on most/all projects including instructions to bidders, bid forms and boilerplate AIA contract documents.
  • Review vendor invoices, confirm all required documentation is included and provide comments and/or recommendations to the Project Manager.
  • Assemble information and manage for the acquisition of project and permanent insurance.
  • Engage with landlords and property managers for approval on temporary and permanent signage.
  • Document and track project costs and provide regular updates to real estate team.
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of nationally contracted vendors.
  • Assemble project schedules for review by the project Manager.
  • Provide preliminary reviews of project documents including schematic plans, construction drawings and specs, and vendor contracts.
  • Read and create summaries of executed leases to support compliance with required Landlord approvals and disbursement of allowances.
  • Visit project sites as necessary.
  • Other tasks assigned.
