Job Title Assistant Consumer Marketing Manager, Sleep & Respiratory Care Job Description In this role, you are responsible for Manage home products of Sleep & Respiratory Care business and build up self-influence cross function, working with EC platform (JD Tmall )help potential customer better understand product features & benefits and service to their particular needs which make difference among competitors. You are responsible for Develop winning and effective portfolio strategy and innovation roadmap for home product portfolio in EC and off-line market. Be responsible for home product concept creation and validation in EC market to ensure its focus consumer & competition set & business relevancy Be responsible for new product strategy development (target, positioning, product, pricing, channel)Work with Home marketing team on home products proposition/concept/pricing consumer validation. Work with sales team to drive both in-site(EC) and out site(Douyin, Red etc) business. Penetrate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders together with sales team. You are a part of You will report to Senior Business Marketing Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in EC(JD Tmall) marketing role with a proven track record on delivering top- and bottom-line business results University degree is must and with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction is prefer. Experience with marketing activation, and strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights. Ability to understand and manage a full Profit & Loss account. An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long term tasks/priorities and stress resistant. An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders and agency partners. Good fluency in written/spoken Chinese and English.
