Partner directly with our founder at a fast-growing well-capitalized startup operating at the intersection of golf and technology. Golf Daddy (a fast-growing, well-capitalized startup) is seeking an extremely talented social media producer to make great content, join the team that has generated over half a billion organic views in it’s short life span, and help us cross the billion view mark. You’ll pre-produce, film, edit, post, and execute on initiatives to horizontally scale the content filming capabilities of the team. And you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. Top-notch communication skills are essential. You should have a very high level competency in production & editing. Expect talented, motivated, intense and interesting co-workers. You should live and breathe all things content. Must be willing to relocate to the Irvine area (we will help cover moving costs).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Produce engaging, high-performing organic social media content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Own content end-to-end: ideation, pre-production, filming, editing, posting, and optimization.
• Manage the content pipeline, ensuring consistent quality and output.
• Attend and document events, creating compelling media that amplifies the brand.
• Understand and strengthen our digital funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring content resonates across all touchpoints.
• Launch and promote initiatives like the “Training Lab”, creating viral content that resonates across the golf industry.
• Collaborate with industry creators and expand the content team to scale production capabilities.
• Maintain attention to detail in every piece of copy, creative, and edit to ensure alignment with the mission.
• Grow content operations to support international media distribution and high-volume production.
