ASSISTANT CONTROLLER-

Seeking a skilled Assistant Controller to join an amazing team in the Clearwater area. This position will manage and perform general accounting functions, and has the opportunity to grow within the organization.

SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

  Pay: $120,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year

• Provide leadership for monthly close and reporting processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage audit processes and communicate with external auditors.
• Drive process improvement initiatives where applicable.
• Provide oversight for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Complete monthly reporting packages with explanations of monthly variances.
• Perform actual vs. budget variance analysis.
• Ensure GAAP, SOX, regulatory, and policy compliance.
