POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Controller will support the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting functions and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience working in Real estate or Property Management industries a plus
• Experience with Yardi and RealPage software preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
