The Assistant Controller supports the controller and the Director of Finance & Accounting in managing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records, compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, and the effective execution of month-end close, audits, and internal controls. The Assistant Controller works closely with the bookkeeping team, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders and contributes to budgeting, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement in a growing, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Support control and oversight of core accounting areas, including B2C/B2B revenues, inventory, and accruals. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports in accordance with US GAAP. Perform quality control over P&L and balance sheet transactions, including reviews of journal entries and account reconciliations. Identifying and establishing the SOX matrix for the Company’s workflows. Support budget monitoring, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking. Prepare local financial and tax filings. Handle the audit cycle, as required by and in accordance with SEC regulations. Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes and Ad-Hoc projects. Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA qualification A graduate of a big 4 at Hi-Tech department At least 2 years’ experience after Internship Strong knowledge of US GAAP Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system – an advantage Master in using Excel Excellent English, both verbal and written- must.
