Responsibilities Support month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations, and analytical review of financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness. Lead the preparation and review of annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of VAT reports and other indirect tax filings across relevant jurisdictions, in compliance with local tax regulations. Lead processes with external auditors and tax consultants Take part in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls Ensure detailed accounting documentation in support of legal, regulatory, and audit requirements Review, approve, and sign the subsidiaries’ payment cycles to ensure accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and timely execution of payments Work with multiple global interfaces within the organization Requirements CPA, Ex Big-4 Accounting Firm – a must Excellent English (spoken & written) – a must Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities Highly motivated out-of-the-box thinker Familiarity with NetSuite – an advantage Experience in global organizations – an advantage
