We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller and take an active role in the day-to-day financial operations of a global gaming leader. You will be part of a dynamic team, learning how to manage complex global finances while supporting our scale-up journey. Responsibilities Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in strict accordance with US GAAP Coordinate the annual audit process by working closely with external auditors and preparing all necessary schedules Manage the preparation of data and documentation for global tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and US Sales Tax Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of global financial records Partner with the Corporate Controller to streamline financial workflows and implement new tools and automation Support the finance team with analytical projects and provide insights to improve financial performance Requirements Licensed CPA; Big 4 internship experience is a must. Direct experience auditing high-tech companies. Solid command of US GAAP principles. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English proficiency – must. Prior experience with Priority – advantage. Tech-savvy with a proven ability to independently master new systems and tools. A highly organized "self-starter" who balances attention to detail with a team-oriented approach.
