The Assistant Controller will play a key role in managing the financial integrity of the organization. This position will support the Controller in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and project accounting Assist in preparing monthly financial statements Collaborate with internal teams on audits and financial reviews Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
