Bramble Lodge is a well renowned Residential and Dementia Care Home in West Hallam. Many of our staff are long servers, some having been with us for over 20 years.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Implement and monitor the daily routines to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, liaising with the management team.
• Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ensuring a cleaning routine, keeping with all environmental health requirements is devised and maintained.
• Assist in prepare menus in accordance with the availability of food and the wishes of residents, ensuring that well balance, nutritional, and appealing are prepared.
• Assist in ensuring that food is ordered and stored in accordance with legal requirements.
• Cater for special diets or requests as appropriate
