JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is essential for ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working.
