Your Role Schedule: Monday: 6:00am to 2:30pm Tuesday - Thursday: 6:00am to 1:30pm Part-time position averaging around 29 hours per week You may occasionally leave early once all tasks are completed Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prep ingredients (wash, chop, portion) and assist with daily meal prep Cook and assemble breakfast and lunch items such as omelettes, protein shakes, sandwiches, and salads. Support the Chef with take-home dinner prep & cooking Maintain food quality and consistency, including when working solo Step into a lead cook role with a simplified menu when the head chef is off Keep kitchen and dish areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Monitor inventory and assist with grocery shopping as needed Deliver meals to tenant offices and handle basic customer requests Suggest menu ideas and support overall kitchen improvements Take on other tasks as assigned by management Salary: $23.25 - $24.25, depending on experience What You Bring We’re looking for candidates with the following skills, abilities, and interests: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks? Ability to perform basic arithmetic and culinary math (e.g., adjusting recipes, converting measurements)? Good time management and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment? Clear, positive communication skills with both team members and customers? Basic knife skills, safe food handling practices, and familiarity with kitchen equipment?
