About the Role The Assistant Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees within the organization, collaborating with the Senior Corporate Trainer and managers to identify skill gaps and develop customized training courses to enhance employee performance that align with company goals, often including new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, and compliance training; key duties include needs assessment, curriculum development, conducting classes, evaluating training effectiveness, and adapting programs based on feedback to ensure continuous learning within the company. What you’ll do: Partner with the Senior Corporate Trainer and managers to identify training needs and assist in addressing skill gaps Support the creation and preparation of training materials such as presentations, guides, and assessments Co-facilitate training sessions and workshops, including classroom-style instruction and on-the-job, floor-based support Provide guidance to employees during new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration into company culture, policies, and processes Assist in monitoring training effectiveness by collecting feedback, tracking assessments, and observing employee performance Help maintain the company’s LMS (Learning Management System), including uploading materials, tracking progress, and generating reports Stay informed on training best practices, adult learning principles, and new tools to continually strengthen the training function Requirements Your Background Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 1+ year of experience in training, employee development, or a closely related field Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) a plus Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse learners Interest in instructional design and content creation Ability to adapt to different teaching methods and learning styles Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn from experienced trainers Perks of Joining our Team Comprehensive Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision plans tailored to support your wellbeing Paid Time Off – Generous PTO to help you recharge Bonuses - Recognition for your hard work and impact Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Bonus Eligible Tort Intake Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
