Job Description
Provide support to the Cost Management team (Cost Management Support and Cost Management Lead) in the monthly review of cost forecasts, actual costs, budgets for projects, payment applications, etc.
Input into all aspects of the finance and commercial delivery through the application of sound cost management principles and practices. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator, displaying a high level of numerical acumen with strong attention to detail.

On-going improvements and developments – Support the team in managing the development of Cost Reporting / Forecast tools, cost collection (time and expenses), maintenance of cost tools developed to date including:

  • Sub contractor administration, purchase orders, etc
  • Cost data model of forecasts and benchmarks
  • Report Analysis of sub projects
  • Payment application data

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must hold at least a relevant qualification, ideally in Quantity Surveying
  • Right to work in Ireland
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Systems knowledge desirable


    • D365 or similar ERP

    • PM Systems / Cost Systems; Procore, Cost X, Contract Master, or similar management systems)
    • Good interpersonal & communication skills
    • Excel & MS office
    • SharePoint Lists would be advantageousExperience with Cost Reporting techniques
