You are an experienced Assistant Cost Manager with a minimum of 0-2 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. Job Description We are looking for an Assistant Manager – MEP (Electrical) with strong experience in cost control, estimation, and MEP cost management for commercial, corporate interior, or real‑estate projects in Gurgaon. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Support planning, execution, and coordination of electrical MEP works at site. Review and interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, load lists, and BOQs. Conduct quantity take‑offs, rate analysis, and cost estimation for electrical works. Track project budgets, cost deviations, contractor bills, and material reconciliation. Validate vendor quotations and assist in techno‑commercial evaluations. Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants, designers, PMC teams, and site stakeholders. Monitor execution quality for cabling, DB installation, lighting, earthing, LV systems, etc. Support testing & commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure adherence to IS codes, electrical safety standards, and QA/QC norms. Prepare cost reports, MIS, project progress reports, and dashboards.
