Job Description Manage Post-Contract Activities Administer contracts, monitor variations, and ensure accurate cost control for building projects during the construction phase. Prepare and Review Cost Reports Track project expenditures, prepare interim valuations, and produce financial reports to maintain budget compliance. Evaluate and Certify Contractor Claims Assess progress claims, variations, and final accounts to ensure fairness and alignment with contractual terms. Support Pre-Construction for Infrastructure Projects Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for upcoming infrastructure works. Conduct Site Measurements and Inspections Verify quantities on-site, monitor material usage, and ensure accurate documentation for payment and reporting purposes. Ensure Compliance and Risk Management Maintain adherence to contractual obligations, legal requirements, and company policies while identifying and mitigating cost-related risks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management. Minimum 5 years of experience in site-based project. Experience with cost and commercial management Detail-Oriented – Ensures accuracy in cost calculations, measurements, and documentation. Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset – Able to interpret data, identify risks, and propose cost-effective solutions. Integrity and Professionalism – Maintains transparency and fairness in all financial and contractual dealings. Adaptable and Resilient – Comfortable working in remote or challenging environments while staying productive. Strong Communication Skills – Clearly conveys information to contractors, clients, and internal teams. Organized and Time-Conscious – Manages multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. Team-Oriented with Independence – Works collaboratively but can also operate autonomously when required.
