All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development Support the development of creative strategies aligned with BJAK’s brand and business objectives. Translate brand positioning and insights into strong creative concepts and storytelling. Contribute ideas for integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and product touchpoints. 2. Campaign Execution & Creative Quality Lead day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives. Ensure creative outputs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to deliver effective creative. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals. Support campaign planning and execution with clear creative direction and feedback. Help align messaging and visuals across channels for consistency and impact. 4. Team Support & Mentorship Guide and mentor junior creative team members to elevate output quality. Provide constructive feedback and support creative problem-solving. Assist the Creative Director in managing workloads and priorities. 5. Brand Stewardship Maintain and protect BJAK’s brand identity, tone, and visual language across all materials. Ensure consistency across digital, offline, and campaign executions. Support the evolution of brand guidelines as BJAK scales regionally. 6. Performance Review & Optimization Review campaign and creative performance and suggest improvements. Balance creative ideas with performance and conversion-focused execution. Adapt creative approaches based on data, insights, and audience behaviour. You’ll Thrive Here If You… Have 4–6 years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house). Have experience working on brand and integrated marketing campaigns. Are strong in concepting while staying hands-on with execution. Can collaborate well across teams and communicate ideas clearly. Are comfortable giving direction and feedback to creative team members. Are familiar with digital platforms, social media, and performance-driven content.
