ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of working within a Finance Department
  • Experience of dealing with customer queries
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths & English
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Credit Controller within the finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our sales ledger. You will assist in ensuring accurate credit control processes, whilst having responsibility for all customer credit applications for existing and new customers. You will work closely with the Credit Control team, sales and finance teams to ensure all accounts are managed effectively, in line with company policies and objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and process customer credit applications, ensuring appropriate credit limits are set using established credit insurance and credit checking protocols across various platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer finance and credit records while collaborating with customers and other departments within the Swegon Group.
  • Manage and monitor Atradius credit limits, ensuring they are accurately administered.
  • Assist in overseeing and managing Group email inboxes.
  • Address customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Provide general credit control administrative support, including covering for team holidays.
