Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Assistant CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be the spark behind every “OMG I need this” moment in our customer journey.
With a sharp mind for strategy and an even sharper eye for detail, you’ll be crafting, coordinating, and elevating CRM campaigns and loyalty experiences that keep our Honeys coming back for more.
You thrive on planning, pacing, and perfecting every touchpoint - ensuring our customers feel seen, celebrated, and so in the know. From email journeys to loyalty love notes, your work is all about deepening relationships and building loyalty that lasts a lifetime.
Reporting to our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Digital, Creative, Trade & Retail teams, gaining full exposure to the heartbeat of the customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to co-own major CRM & Loyalty initiatives, from campaign ideation to reporting and refinement - bringing bold ideas to life while learning from the best.

ESSENTIALS YOU’LL BRING TO THE BOUDOIR:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field—basically, you know your stuff.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle magic—bonus points if it’s in fashion retail.
  • A love affair with data: you’re fluent in CRM/ESP platforms (like Klaviyo, Salesforce, or HubSpot) and confident with tools like Excel or Tableau.
  • You’ve mastered the art of project management—organised, results-driven, and always one step ahead.
  • A proven track record in email marketing and campaign management across multiple channels—we love an omni-channel guru
