Description
Main Purpose of the Role Receive and process of all in-coming and out-going mails. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and provide an assistance with problems they encounter. Ensured all other customer's needs and enquires are attended to satisfactorily. Monitor customer accounts and seek opportunities to further develop client relationship. Analyze and summarized the issues in area of responsibilities and continue seeking on improvement on work efficiency in accordance with the plan and policy of the company. Provide daily/ weekly/month report to line Manager. Understand and follow work environment, occupational health and safety management or other systems arranged by the company such as ISO, OHSAS and so on. Handle all other tasks assigned by line managers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Very good command of English in both oral and written communication Service minded Attention to detail and accurancy Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills Proactive with a high level of initiative; able to work well without daily supervision. Experienced with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Negotiation, analytical, multi-tasking skill
