Description Budget has an opening for an assistant manager to supervise operations at the Grand Island Airport. The position would be helping our Manager lead a team of customer service and sales agents to take care of our clients. This position is eligible for commission and is expected to earn up to $20/HR. Benefits are offered with PTO, Sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, and Holiday Pay. This schedule requires open availability for weekends and evenings. Job Duties Greet customers and finalize reservations Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc. Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage Report damages to on-duty supervisor Scan returning vehicles back into system Provide computerized receipts to customer Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc. Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed Perform rental agreement and refueling audits File paperwork Perform Inventory counts Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience Professional communication skills Problem resolution experience Minimum age of 18 Valid driver's license Clean driving record
