REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 2–3 years of experience in a customer support role
· Strong communication skills — clear, thoughtful, and professional in tone
· Fast learner with a “figure-it-out” mindset and natural problem-solving approach
· Excellent attention to detail, especially in documenting and organizing customer-related data
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, basic charts, formatting) and Microsoft Word
· Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured yet fast-moving environment
· Exposure to or experience with informal team mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT
· Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone, social) with empathy and efficiency
· Manage and resolve concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely, respectful manner
· Provide accurate product, service, and account information tailored to each customer’s needs
· Follow through on promises to ensure excellent post-interaction satisfaction
