Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. Responsibilities
- Assist in Sandwich preparation, including Slicing Cold Cuts & Chicken, preparing ingredients, and assembling Sandwiches.
- Assist with cooking tasks under the supervision of the head chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Assist in serving food to customers and ensuring prompt service
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus
-Proficient in English & French (Farsi is option)
- Familiarity with food safety practices and guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
