Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) de Direction pour accompagner un membre du Comité de Direction, piloter des dossiers stratégiques et contribuer, avec rigueur et agilité, à notre ambition 2030. Missions : Assurer l’assistanat du/de la Directeur/rice de département appartenant au Comité de Direction de l’entreprise Etre l’interface active entre sa hiérarchie et les différents interlocuteurs, en interne comme en externe Prendre en charge et suivre les dossiers administratifs Préparer et assurer le suivi budgétaire. Prendre en charge des projets/dossiers spécifiques au département et inter AstraZeneca Profil et compétences requises : Formation de base : Bac +2 en Assistanat de Direction Expérience professionnelle : 5 à 7 ans Connaissances techniques : Bureautique / outils informatiques Langues étrangères : Anglais courant Informatique : Pack office, Coupa/SAP, Atrium, e-Contract+, nouveaux canaux de communication (Teams, Sharepoints, réseaux sociaux…) Concur. Responsibilities
