  ASSISTANT DEAN OF EDUCATION & BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES AND LIBERAL ARTS  POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Dean of Education & Behavioral Sciences and Liberal Arts. This is a regular full-time position that will begin July 1, 2026. Reporting to the Dean of Education & Behavioral Sciences and Liberal Arts, the Assistant Dean of Education & Behavioral Sciences and Liberal Arts serves as the division’s lead administrator for program assessment, dual enrollment, high school partnerships, and the initial review of student academic concerns. This position supports the Dean in academic operations and ensures consistency, compliance, and strong pathways from high school to college. The Assistant Dean of Education & Behavioral Sciences and Liberal Arts plays a critical role in accreditation documentation, student learning outcomes assessment, and high school–based academic programming. Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Education, Behavioral Sciences, Liberal Arts, Higher Education Administration, or related field required. Three (3) years of teaching or academic administrative experience required. Experience with assessment, program review, or dual enrollment programming preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Review of applications will begin immediately.
