In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Leading and managing Statutory audit (KPMG), ITC and IFC audit, Tax audit, Transfer pricing audit, Income tax returns and GST audit * Preparation of monthly MIS, POR, Budgets and consolidated financials for group reporting and data to be submitted with APHQ * Preparation and finalization of monthly taxes calculation of TDS as per Income tax and GST Act * Representation of assessments before commissioner of Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax and Customs * Providing guidance to the team on withholding tax rates on domestic and international transactions * Ensuring compliance with Statutory Due dates of EDPMS, IDPMS and companies act * Also have knowledge of Expat taxation cases of assignees Who You Are: You quickly and decisively take action and ensures accountability.
