[What the role is] We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant/ Deputy Manager (SMS Policy, Promotion & Regulatory Audit) for a one-year assignment to develop, manage, maintain documentation and streamlining of safety processes that supports our Safety Management System. This role ensures that all safety-related policies, procedures, and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. [What you will be working on] Documentation Management Develop, update and maintain the SMS manual and supporting documentation Create and maintain systematic filing systems Ensure all documents comply with organisational standards and formatting guidelines Implement version control and document tracking systems Quality Control Conduct regular check on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify and rectify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation Maintain documentation logs Administrative Support Assist team members with document retrieval and filing Facilitate training and awareness sessions on SMS documentation standards and usage Support the development of documentation templates and standardised formats Prepare regular progress updates [What we are looking for] Required Qualifications: Trained n Aviation Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation management, compliance or quality systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Experience with document management systems is an advantage Key Skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in data entry and file management Strong time management and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Initiative to suggest process improvements Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience.
