Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement. Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results. Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints. Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site. Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site. Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions. Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance. Periodic Engage with Sika authorized applicator base. Technical Product presentation at customer site/ office Qualifications BE Civil with minimum 8 years of experience. Must have experience in Construction Chemicals backgorund. Additional Information
