As an Assistant Designer, you’ll help shape beautiful, commercial ranges that reflect what our customers love about M&S, supporting the team across trend research, CAD creation, product visuals and fit sessions. What you’ll do  Your key accountabilities will include * Support the Designer/JD in delivering the global product direction for the Lingerie category. * Research current and emerging trends, including comp shopping and inspirational research, to help shape market-leading ranges. * Create CADs using Photoshop/Illustrator to accurately represent products for range reviews, signoffs and PLM tech packs. * Support the creation of Design Product Strategy boards, trend presentations and design briefs, identifying key product opportunities. * Collaborate with Designers and wider teams to meet critical path deadlines, supporting tech packs, fit sessions and sample requirements.   Who you are  Your skills and experience will include * Design experience within a retail or fashion environment, ideally with an understanding of lingerie product design, fit, fabrication, construction and commercial customer trends. * Strong CAD and design skills, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CAD tools to create clear, accurate product visuals. * Good knowledge of trend interpretation, the competitive marketplace and how to translate insight into commercial product opportunities. * Experience supporting design briefs, tech packs and direct design sourced product, working with Design, Buying and Technology teams. * Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and deliver to tight critical path deadlines.
