Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Industrial development team. You will provide support and assistance to management in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.
Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM.
Understand feasibility and update and report under supervision.
Assist in the preparations of development feasibilities.
Prepare formal correspondence and presentation, including keeping minutes and maintains files.
Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research and planning activities.
Prepare and manage stakeholder management plan.
Assist with the submission and management all relevant development applications/documents.
Assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual budget review and reporting process.
Manage the procurement aspects and payment of consultants.
Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified with appropriate entry level Development industry experience. A passion for industrial development and willingness to learn in this growing sector.
You will have solid commercial / legal/ financial acumen coupled with good decision-making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
You will be a strong communicator and confident with stakeholder engagement and have ability to manage all levels of stakeholders as well as effectively balancing priorities to achieve win-win outcomes. You will be able to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
A Drivers Licence is required as visits to the project sites will require driving.
