Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Planning, implementing, and delivering innovative projects, ensuring top-notch quality and governance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Providing high-level strategic advice on project feasibility, risk management, and optimisation, aligning project goals with broader business objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and pitch presentations.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth and promoting a collaborative team culture.
  • Overseeing project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
  • Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including government agencies, developer, industry bodies, and community groups, facilitating workshops and consultations.
  • Developing project outcomes, objectives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with international teams and leverage global expertise, managing cross-border projects and navigating diverse regulatory environments.
