Job Description Assist in planning and executing creative digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, visually appealing, and innovative marketing materials. Contribute fresh ideas for social media posts, product promotions, and brand storytelling. Support SEO and SEM efforts with creative content strategies that boost visibility. Manage and update product listings with compelling descriptions and visuals to enhance customer experience. Track inventory and liaise with logistics for smooth order fulfillment. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for ROI optimization. Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and ensure timely resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic SEO principles. Strong organizational and creativity skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CMS or e-commerce tools is a plus.
