SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional marketing/ecommerce experience with a proven track record of driving business growth through a variety of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally within multiband teams to capitalise on opportunities, ensure efficiencies and develop and implement initiatives that can drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Ability to manage and coordinate external resources (marketing agencies, social media agencies) providing briefings, monitoring implementation and tracking results of every project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns are achieving their KPIs across the whole funnel (awareness, consideration, and conversion).
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Coordinate with agencies to align their efforts with our overall marketing strategy and goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEO, paid search, affiliates, and programmatic.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics to build insights and actions that improve current and future campaigns.
- Working collaboratively with the respective brand and marketing leads, Ecommerce Coordinator, Digital Business Manager (DBM) and CRM Specialist with a focus on ensuring our digital investments produce a strong ROI.
