You lead with service in mind, ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents, and bring a hands-on approach to training, events, and day-to-day service delivery.   Responsibilities * Lead daily operations of a public dining venue (Café or Main Dining Room) during evening service * Provide full coverage for both venues in the Manager's absence * Train all new Dining Servers in public dining areas * Assist with planning, staffing, and execution of all catering events * Develop and submit bi-weekly dining staff schedules * Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and facility regulations * Resolve resident billing issues and communicate solutions to Dining Services Manager * Help establish service standards, logistics, and delivery methods * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements * Associate degree in Hospitality or related field preferred * Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience * Minimum of 3 years in fine dining or similar setting (retirement community, hospital, etc.) preferred * Strong customer service background and orientation * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
